We offer shipping worldwide to mostly all locations. Please note that you are responsible to check the legality of these items in your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities.
- All our shipping costs are calculated automatically. The prices depend on the different rates of shipping companies like UPS, EMS, DHL, etc. And we share a special freight fee discount to deliver to the destination the customer filled.
- All orders must be prepaid including the freight fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we sent the wrong product by our mistake, we will afford the freight fee to replace it.
- We will display the freight fee on the checkout page for convenient online shopping.
- If you have special ordering (OEM/ODM customized) requirements, WELCOME to send a message. We will suggest the cost method.
- Most products have storage and will ship out in 48 hours.
- When any products have no storage, we will respond soon and get your settled opinion.
- Most packages can be tracked via our carriers’ websites. It may take up to 1~3 workdays till the package post on the carrier’s website from the date the order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days.

We will do our best to ensure the products arrive on time. However, sometimes the delivery dates are not ensured due to unforeseen reasons as follows:
- Large orders that have more than 10 items may require longer processing time. (We will send you a message to forecast the estimated delivery date)
- Delays caused by customs clearance.
- Delays due to the courier’s emergency problem on the way.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped out.
Sometimes we can’t ship this quickly. If we can’t ship your order within 2-4 workdays, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of the expected shipping date. Any delay in delivery by the shipping company does not cause for a refund of shipping and any other associated fee.
When you T/T payment to our company account, it will take an additional 24-72 hours to confirm the payment arrival our account. All international packages may have inspection at customs, which will cause several days’ delay. All customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. When clients refuse the package due to the customs fee, the freight fee should afford by clients, all contact us get a better settle method.
For high-value orders, we suggest shipping insurance to guard against loss and damages in transportation. All items are carefully packed and clear the delivery address. We won’t afford the damage or loss after the delivery site. The insurance will help to make up the loss, Please contact EPETOR to initiate the claim. We will work in good faith with the insurance companies.
Customs Clearance, Import Duties, And VAT:
In some countries, you have to pay taxes or duties when imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, won’t cause taxes.
Therefore, we can’t, and won’t, offer advice about taxes in your country. As it is your responsibility to find out that information before order.
If you have to pay import taxes, additional duties, sales taxes, you need to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can’t calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you want to send the package to others, please also notify the tax possibility.
Please find out as much as possible about your import taxes in your country before ordering. If you find out the reasonable method to minimize the tax and need us to make correct documents or labels, please mark it in your checkout page or send us a message. We can do according to your request.
EPETOR won’t responsible for any shipping or customs delay as this is beyond our control.

We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, please tell us what’s the problem in advance. Normally we will give our suggestions for your choice before Replace and Refund.
Apply For Replace:
We promise to replace the product and transport fees afford by EPETOR. The conditions include:
- We send the wrong items.
- Quality Problem. Please contact us In 7 days, it can be returned and replaced. (Don’t worry. We inspect the quality during production and do a full inspection for all products before packing & ship out)
- Product damaged during transport. (Silicone products are durable, normally won’t be damaged)
You need to send the products back to us, once received, we will replace new ones to you.
When you don’t want to replace, want to get money back, and the serious errors made by EPETOR, we will afford the returning fees and refund to you.
When the normal item is in good condition, but you still don’t want them. We can also accept to return the product to us and refund you.
Return Amount: (Total Pirce – Shipping Cost) × 80% – Payment cost = Return Amount
We cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagined.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your total order amount and give you a partial refund.
